Submit Your Work For Critique
Dan will conduct a monthly live Group Critique Session, exclusively for Sharing the Journey members, and you are invited to submit work for him to review in a zoom session. Â
He will select up to 10 paintings that he feels he can best use to teach key principles that will benefit the group as a whole and therefore there is no guarantee that your painting will be selected.
Priority will be given to those who have not yet had work critiqued.
The deadline to submit images each month is the Thursday prior to the critique session.
NOTES:
- Work submitted should be your own original work, although Dan may occasionally consider master copies if he feels there are strong teaching points.
- Please do not submit paintings that are copies of any of Dan’s work, or based on any of the lessons in Sharing the Journey.
-
You must also include your reference image — this can either be a photograph of what you have painted or a photo of your setup showing a still life or model. Dan will not be able to critique your work without the reference image.
-
Images MUST be high resolution images — minimum size 1MB but no bigger than 4MB. Click here for guidance on how to reduce the size of your image. Â
-
By submitting images to be critiqued you agree that your work may be shown in a public forum within the Sharing the Journey Community
If you would like to submit work for Dan to critique, you should send images by email to [email protected].
