 ~ Using black as a neutral cool gives the colors far more subtlety than a green or blue as your cool and makes decision making simpler as it forces you to think in terms of (warm or cool), rather than trying to identify the exact color. It also unifies your harmony, bringing a softer feel.
~As value unity is critical within my simple value masses of light and dark, mixing the pools of the varying color temperatures must be held in a very tight value range.
~ Don't be afraid to mix large enough pools of paint for these value masses. (skimpy paint can lead to a more spotty finish and fractured masses).
