  1. Membership

By enrolling in Sharing the Journey, you agree to become a member of our community and abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Subscriptions are per individual and may not be shared across households or studios.

 

  1. Payment/Refunds

Payment for membership is due upon enrollment and is non-refundable. You may cancel membership at any point but will not be refunded for the current month's purchase. Your membership will end at the end of your billing cycle. 

 

  1. Access and Participation

As a member, you will have access to the recorded course materials and any live sessions included in the membership. Participation in live sessions, forums, or other interactive elements of the course is encouraged but not mandatory.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and written content, are the intellectual property of Gerhartz Studio, LLC. Members are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use these materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

 

  1. Code of Conduct

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

 

  1. Cancellation

You may self cancel at any time, or email your cancel request to [email protected].  Your membership will end at the end of your billing cycle. Eg Your membership renews on the 20th of each month and you cancel your membership on the 1st - you will remain a member with full access to the program until midnight on the 19th Refunds will not be given for partial months. Cancel requests that are emailed must arrive 2 business days prior to your renewal date.

NOTE: Unsubscribing from our emails does not cancel your membership. If you wish to cancel you must either self cancel through your Sharing the Journey account, or email us with your request to cancel your membership subscription. 

 

  1. Changes to Terms

Gerhartz Studio, LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to members via email or through the course platform.

 

  1. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

By enrolling in Sharing the Journey, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
